The 750 is an excellent product that provides plenty of outlets, with good spacing for larger adapters. The APC brand brings peace of mind with their quality products and equipment protection. I have been extremely pleased with the 750's performance during outages.

I am not on my third one of these units. One died from old age. As I live in an area that has frequent power outages, I have one on my computer and one on my television. They are great units and I highly recommend them. Shipping was mush faster than expected.

Just go to the APC website and they, the manufacturers, will be quite happy to tell you (and sell you) replacement batteries. I go to the APC website to make sure I find out the exact battery I need, and I then purchase them from Office Depot, but there are plenty of vendors from whom they can be purchased.Gender:�Male

The most important factor with any device containing gel batteries is to NEVER allow them to suffer temps below 35 degrees. It has been my experience that once a gel battery is allowed to freeze, it is useless. I have had several decades of experience with APC UPS devices, and mine haveconsistently lasted more than 5 years. Of course, conditions and usage affect the live of any UPS device.Gender:�Male

The average battery life is 3-5 years dependinfg on the environment and usage. Battery usage is how often the UPS tends to go on battery due to the power outages or fluctuations. This will affect the expected life you can get from the battery. Also of the location of the UPS is very warm and not properly ventilated, this could affect the battery and cause it to fail sooner than expected.
